I personally am not here to praise Pure Slumber. If you ordered a bed from them and have not recieved it, dont expect to. They are definately scamming people and businesses. How do I know this, easy, I work at the manufacturing company that actually WAS making their beds. These people nothing but theives. We shut them off of their orders for one simple reason, they didnt pay. You people were giving them your money and of course your charge card numbers. They had tons of orders, we were automatically put on major overtime at work to do these beds, usually putting out over 200 week. Their first payment to us, BOUNCED! I'm personally sorry that you were all taken from this company, for those of you that actually got your beds, I hope you like them. Our company's lawyers are looking for these people also to get the money owed to us. If they are truely going to re-organize and start sending orders out next week, they found another sucker manufacturing company to do the work for them. I hope you all get your money back soon.

This is terrible. Keep us posted on anything else you find out. Do you think the credit card companies will be able to get our cards cleared from this? Do you know Carol and was she in on this too?

well i am glad you posted. i got an entirely different story from them. they said that the manufacturer ordered the wrong kind of latex blah blah blah. i did not buy that crock for a second. i got an awesome adjustable floor model and i do love it. i hope it is really organic. interesting fact: pure slumbers location was rennovated before they "reorganized". wonder if this was the plan all along and they used are money to rennovate their space.

If pure slumber is really going to take new orders how do we contact them...phones still don't work and website is the same it has been for the last month and now it is Sept 4th.come on pure slumber and tell us what is going on!!

Sorry, havent been online lately to check this message. Pure Slumber has filed bankrupt. They are planning on opening under a new name, with 1 store and no online sales. At least thats what we were told when the main guy came into our shop afew weeks ago. We had to make some samples for him, we all were upset about having to deal with him again. This is the first time him or anyone from the company has come in, they had tons of people employed their, they called about 50 times aday. I told my employers about this forum and that I replied and about what all problems you were all going threw. They were all sorry that these people scammed you but their hands are tied. From what info I could get out of one of my bosses he said, the new company will only be ran by the 1 guy, and he will be showing the beds and taking orders at the furniture show in High Point,NC. When I find out more info I will pass that along to you.

Broken Bed

Broken, from what I can remember, I would say end of July early Aug. But we manufacture for alot of companies so my dates could be wrong.

tired mom...have you heard of Tomorrow's World out of Norfolk Virginia? If so what do you know. Also just as a note that on the Lifekind bbb report they are listed as unsatisfactory.
